Bob's Burgers & Brew
8107 Guide Meridian Rd, Lynden, Lynden,
Nothing real adventurous on the menu but the standard American staples. I've had many menu items and was never disappointed. The burgers are outstanding. The service is great, especially in the bar. Try the fully loaded Jos.

Casa China
115 3rd St, Lynden, Lynden,
Casa China is a small restaurant in a the mainly Dutch town of Lynden. The freshness of the food items and the speed at which the entrees were brought to our table was impressive. The spring rolls were so fresh the greens inside were vivid green, not that gray seen in overcooked rolls or being too long on a steam table. The entrees were at our table in minutes and were hot, fresh and delicious. The Moo-Shu Pork was outstanding. The value was exceptional as well. Wonderful selection and a great meal at an exceptional price.

Dutch Mothers Family Rstrnt
405 Front St, Lynden, Lynden,
For being such a small quiet town you wouldnt think there would be so many restaurants to choose from. We randomly chose Dutch Mothers and would go everyday if we didnt live so far away. The chicken ceasar was the best sandwhich I have ever had. Being a chef I tried to duplicate this mouth watering delite and could not come close. If you are ever on your way to Canada make the detour to go through Bellingham to Lynden a small Dutch town full of surprises.
